Resolutiion contains many secrets and puzzles for which guides can be helpful, as well as 17 achievements. Some achievements are obtained simply by playing through the game normally, while others are considerably more difficult and may require a guide to get. A guide also exists for using Resolutiion's twitch integration feature.

Over the course of the year following its release, Resolutiion has received 4 updates. Two of the updates, The Red Plains and The Craftsman, added new content to the game in the form of areas, weapons, and enemies, and all 4 brought various quality of life and technical improvements to the game.
